Privacy Policy

AXEUS GAMES is the controller of the personal data processed on axeusgames.com and in the AXEUS Live Command Center application.

Data you provide when creating an account: email, password and country. Your name is optional.

Your password is never stored in readable form. It goes through an irreversible protection process: not even we can recover the original password.

Data generated by use: your plan, your storage consumption and the date your account was created.

Technical data: the IP address of authentication requests, used to rate-limit abusive login and signup attempts. Your IP address is also collected by the usage analytics tool described in section 5.

Payment data: your card details never pass through our servers and are never stored by us. They go directly to Stripe. We receive back only the subscription identifier, the amount, the currency, the date and the payment status.

To create and maintain your account, authenticate you and enable the features of your plan.

To process payments and manage subscriptions.

To send emails the service requires: signup confirmation, password reset and notices about your account.

To protect the service against abuse, fraud and unauthorized access.

The legal bases are performance of the contract between you and AXEUS GAMES, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Stripe, to process payments and subscriptions.

Our email delivery provider, for the transactional messages described above.

Our hosting provider, where the application and database run.

Google Analytics, to measure site usage as described in section 5.

These vendors act as processors: they handle the data only to provide the service we contracted. We may also share data when required by law or court order.

We use a cookie that is strictly necessary to keep you signed in. It is protected so that scripts on the page cannot read it, and without it staying authenticated is not possible.

In your browser local storage we keep only a flag indicating that a session exists, used to render the right interface. It does not identify you.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited and how people arrive. It sets its own cookies and collects data such as IP address, device type, browser and pages visited. We use this only in aggregate, to improve the site.

We use no advertising or remarketing cookies, and we do not sell this data.

You can block usage analytics at any time through your browser settings, a blocking extension, or Google Analytics' official opt-out add-on. Blocking it does not affect how the site works — the session cookie is still required for signing in.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists.

When you delete your account, personal data and stored files are removed within 30 days.

Payment records are kept for 5 years to meet tax and accounting obligations, even after account deletion.

Brazil's LGPD grants you: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR grants you equivalent rights, including the right to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

All traffic between you and the service is encrypted with HTTPS.

Passwords are stored irreversibly, and session credentials are short-lived and protected against being read by scripts.

No system is immune to incidents. If a security incident occurs that may pose a relevant risk to you, we will notify you and the competent data protection authority as the law requires.

Our vendors may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States and the European Union. By using the service you acknowledge this transfer, which is made with vendors that adopt contractual data protection safeguards.

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we identify an account belonging to a minor, it will be closed and the data deleted.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change. Material changes will be announced by email or by a notice on the site before they take effect.
