Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the application, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over with legal capacity to enter into contracts. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, reselling or assigning access to third parties is prohibited.

If you suspect unauthorized use, tell us immediately at contato@axeusgames.com.

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use the application while your account is active and in good standing.

You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the application, nor attempt to bypass technical limits, licence checks or the restrictions of your plan.

The AXEUS GAMES software and brand remain our property. These terms transfer no intellectual property rights to you.

You agree not to use the service to: carry out illegal acts or transmit illegal content during your streams; infringe third-party rights; overload, intrude on or attempt to compromise our infrastructure; automate access abusively; or circumvent the limits of your plan.

You are solely responsible for the content of your streams and for complying with the rules of the platform you stream on.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions processed by Stripe. Billing renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

The prices that apply are those shown on the site at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Price changes do not affect a period already paid for and will be announced in advance.

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access to paid features until the end of the period already paid for.

Right of withdrawal: if you subscribed 7 days ago or less, you may cancel with a full refund, under article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.

After that window, amounts for the current period are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

The files you upload remain yours. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store and process them so the service can work.

Storage space is defined by your plan. When you close your account, files are removed within 30 days — back up anything important before cancelling.

Game names, trademarks, logos and images shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify what our mods are compatible with.

AXEUS GAMES is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or associated with TikTok, Rockstar Games, Studio Wildcard, Capcom, Electronic Arts or any other owner of the games mentioned.

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may perform maintenance, change features or discontinue functionality. Material changes that reduce what you paid for will be announced in advance.

The service depends on third-party platforms, and changes they make may affect features in ways outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost audience, data loss or indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, particularly in cases of fraud, resale of access, attempts to bypass limits or illegal use.

You may close your account at any time. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the last update, and material changes will be announced in advance. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle disputes, in line with Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
